WARWICK, RI — Warwick Weekend events this week have the usual summer food attractions Friday, followed by a concert, car show, and Father’s Day market event Saturday. Sunday, of course, is Father’s Day.

The weather for this Father’s Day round of  Warwick Weekend events promises to be mostly sunny with temps in the mid to high 70s, though there is a slight 30% chance o rain Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.

Warwick Weekend Events Friday:

Goddard Park Farmer’s Market Every Friday through Columbus Day Weekend, RI Grown, DEM’s farmer’s market program, hosts farmer’s market at Goddard Park selling delicious and freshly-harvested local foods direct from the farm to your dinner table.

Roger Williams Food Truck Fridays The Carousel campus at Roger Wiliams Park Zoo has a lot of open space and rolling hills shaded by trees, the perfect spot to grab dinner from a food truck and listen to music and entertainment during the park’s Food Truck Fridays event. The outdoor food truck festival at Carousel Village starts at 5 pm. Attendance is free, just pay for what you eat and drink from an ever changing rotation of more than 15 food trucks each week.

If you miss this one, don’t worry. They’re going on every Friday till the fall.

Norwood branch Library Building Club: Join other kids to create with Legos and Manga-tiles every Friday afternoon at the Norwood Branch.

Warwick Weekend Events Saturday:

Summer Concert, Rocky Point Park Enjoy a fun filled day at Rocky Point Park Saturday June 15. Free activities for the kids include face painting, bounce house/obstacle and balloon animals. Music by Gary Hopp & The Good Vibe Tribe 12-3, shopping at the marketplace 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. and Food Trucks 11 a.m. -3 p.m. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy the beautiful views. Free parking.

 Father’s Day Marketplace, Crowne Plaza Find the perfect gift for that special Dad or special person in your life at Crowne Plaza, . Browse more than 100 local vendors and crafters, and try one of the many sweet treats that will be available. Admission and parking are free. This venue is handicap accessible.

Car Show, Pilgrim High Visit Pilgrim High School Saturday from 11 a.m. -2 p.m. Admission is $5 per adult/ children free. The show is a fundraiser for the Classs of 2026.

Conimicut Village Farmers Market This Saturday, 9am-12 p.m., the Conimicut Village Farmer’s Market continues. The Conimicut Village Farmers Market at 955 West Shore Road. The market runs every Saturday until Sept. 28.

WCFA ‘EMERGING’ Exhibit WCFA’s exhibit, running through June 6, ‘EMERGING 24,’ features Art created by 60 RI artists aged 14-22, in high school, college and from the ranks of the recently graduated. A closing reception and awards will close the event Thursday, June 6, from 6-7:30 p.m.  The gallery is open from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. every Wednesday through Saturday. There is no charge for admission.
