WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the RI Trooper Log  – June 8 -14 involved charges for reckless driving, DUI, missed court hearings and violating a Family Court restraining order.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police Warwick arrests:

Reckless Driving On June 12, at 1:30 p.m., troopers arrested Juan Rodriguez, 27, of 45 Ash St., Warwick, Rhode Island for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks on the original charge of Reckless Driving.

The arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation and Rodriguez surrendering himself to the Barracks. Rodriguez was processed and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.

Rte. 95 DUI At 11:40 p.m. June 12, troopers arrested Greg Pignolet, 47, of 91 King Phillip Drive, North Kingstown, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs- B.A.C Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick. Pignolet was processed at the Wickford Barracks and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Family Court Restraining Order violation At 11:25 p.m. June 12, troopers arrested Patrick Connor, 47, of 103 Brightside Ave., Warwick, RI, for 1.) Violation of a Family Court Restraining Order – First Offense, and 2.) Violation of a No Contact Order – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Trooper Andrade and locating the subject at his residence on the 24-hour domestic rule. Connor was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a Fourth District Court re-arraignment date.

Rte. 95 DUI At 2:10 a.m. June 13, troopers arrested Zachary Conneely, 23, of 45 Hilltop Drive, Charlestown, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs- B.A.C 0.08-0.15 2nd Offense, Phase I (0.141) Phase II (0.132).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick. Conneely was processed at the Wickford Barracks and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Wanted on missed court dates At 3:02 a.m. June 15, troopers arrested Rafael E. Calderon Gomez, age 43, of 23 Cornplanter Row, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense, originating out of the Warwick Police Department; and 2.) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment Warrant.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.
