COVENTRY, RI —  Coventry arrests and other Kent County arrests in the RI Trooper Log  April 28 – May 3 involved charges for DUI, embezzlement and domestic violence.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police Coventry arrests:

DUI, BOLO Alert On Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 10:18 AM, Troopers arrested Susan C. Santilli, 54 of 193 Arcadia Road, Richmond, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a BOLO and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Ms. Santilli was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

DUI, EG Stop On Thursday, May 2, at 10:27 p.m., troopers arrested Emmanuel Davila Pagan, 39 of 20 Quaker Drive Apt. #7, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Operating with Expired/No License– Certain Violations – First Offense, and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in the Town of East Greenwich. Mr. Davila Pagan was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a bail violator.

Domestic Violence On Friday, May 3 at 12:05 a.m., troopers arrested Jasamine M. Perkins, 26, of 5 Gough Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic – Violation of No Contact Order – 1st Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on West Warwick Avenue in the Town of West Warwick. Ms. Perkins was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a bail violator.

DUI, Nooseneck Hill Road Stop On Wednesday, May 1 at 11:41 a.m., troopers arrested Darlene C. Amaral, 50, of 110 Woodland Ave., Apt. 236, Coventry, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs-First Offense-BAC Unknown (Blood results pending).

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Nooseneck Hill Road in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to Kent County Hospital then misdemeanor released pending a future Fourth District Court date.

Obtaining Money Falsely, EG stop At 7:30 a.m May 1, troopers arrested Adam Passano, 43, of 579 Park Ave., Apartment #3, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, originating out of the Cranston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Division Road, in the Town of East Greenwich. Passano was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to Providence Superior Court for arraignment.

Embezzlement, West Warwick stop On Monday, April 29,  at 9:56 a.m., troopers arrested Adolfo Dominguez, 42, of 162 Alverson Ave., Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for embezzlement and access to a computer for fraudulent purposes, originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, then turned over to the Providence Police Department.
