WPD Log July 21 – 30: Arrests for DUI, Bank Fraud, Indecent Exposure

WARWICK, RI — Warwick Police officers made 58 arrests between July 22 and July 30, on a variety of charges ranging from DUI to bank fraud, obtaining money under false pretenses and indecent exposure.

Warwick Police reported 20 of those arrests on their website. Below are the details of those arrests:

  • On July 23 at 9:05 a.m., Warwick Police arrested Justin Evans Allen, 30, of 11 Clayton Road, Warwick, charging him with obtaining money under false pretenses.
  • On July 28 at 3:58 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Caridad Van Leuven, 24, of 100 Whitemarsh St., Apt. 4, Providence, charging hi with DUI, Simple assault, failure to stop after a crash resulting in damage to a vehicle, and operating without first obtaining a license.
  • On July 28 at 11:20 a.m., Warwick Police arrested Tully Denehy, 20, charging him with illegal computer access/wire fraud and obtaining money under false pretenses.
  • On July 30 at 11:12 a.m., Warwick Police arrested Tammy Heon, 50, of Trafalgar East Apartments, Building 3, 5300 Post Road at her address, charging her with disorderly conduct /exposing herself.
