Instead combine hydrolyzed protein powders with bitter flavor such as pomegranate, lemon, and lemon lime. Then highly dilute the powder into a thin drink. For example use 15 grams of powder with at least 16 oz of liquid.


In conclusion, hydrolyzed whey protein is made for the elite, advanced sports nutritionist, or enthusiast. Hydrolyzed protein is not for the beginner.
