Opening of the 120th Annual Little Pictures Show and Sale

Join the Providence Art Club on Sunday, November 10 from 12-5pm for the opening of the 120th Annual Little Pictures Show & Sale. Free and open to the public, all are welcome!

the Little Pictures Show history

First mounted in 1904, the Little Pictures Show is the oldest, largest, (and best) exhibition of small artworks in the nation. Spread across three gallery spaces, the show features 700+ original artworks by over 100 exhibiting artist members of the Providence Art Club. Works are sized at 16″ x 16″ or less and priced at no more than $350. As works sell they are taken home immediately and replaced, making for a constantly changing show.

Works in a wide range of media will be on offer from paintings, drawings, photographs, and mixed media works, to glass, ceramics, jewelry, and fine woodworking.

For well over a century, the Little Pictures Show has been a beloved tradition for New Englanders and the show is a place where many art lovers have started and grown their collections. The exhibition will run through Dec. 22.
