Warwick, RI – DEA Agents called in the Warwick Police Department’s K-9 unit, Officer Aaron Steere and his canine partner, Viking, Aug. 26, who helped them identify nearly $400,000 in suspected drug money.
Warwick, RI – An East Providence man was charged with DUI Aug. 22 at 9:39 p.m. after taking a very wrong turn, a thought which apparently dawned on him moments after he drove past a “Police Only” sign and pulled alongside an occupied WPD cruiser, his mouth wide open, a shocked look on his face.
Warwick Police received several reports of thefts from vehicles between Aug. 15 and Aug. 21, as well as two reports of bicycles stolen from yards.
