Warwick, RI — One of two men sought for their roles in a July sex trafficking case has been caught and is scheduled for a court hearing today, according to the Rhode Island Most Wanted website.

Fostoria, OH, police arrested Terrence Dudley, 26, on Oct. 28 and turned him over to Warwick Police for transport back to Rhode Island to face felony charges of sex trafficking of a minor and conspiracy.

Dudley was identified in July by the RI Most Wanted website along with Raymond Figueroa, 19, who remains at large.

At a hearing on Oct. 28, Dudley waived extradition and was ordered held at the Adult Correctional Institutions on $200,000 bail for the sex trafficking charge and another $10,000 bail for obstructing police.

When he failed to post bail, Dudley was remanded to the ACI until a felony hearing scheduled for Nov. 10.

According to Warwick Police, officers found a 17-year-old girl in a local hotel and learned that she had had sex with five men for money.

Police tracked down the girl after her mother saw a photo of her on a website advertising escort services. The girl reportedly had run away from home in May and stayed with Figueroa.

Local police arrested a third man, Xavier Sewell, 24, of North Providence, on July 8. Sewell posted bail and was released until a felony screening scheduled for Aug 4.

No further information on Sewell’s case had been posted on the state court online database by publication of this article.
