Snow-Filled Yards Greet Warwick Residents

Warwick, RI – At least of foot of snow greeted Warwick residents Tuesday morning, with more snow forecast to follow before Gov. Gina Raimondo’s travel ban lifted at 8 p.m.

On Nausauket Road Tuesday, Kelly Mitchell praised the Warwick Highway Department’s work via Facebook.

My street looks great! I’ve seen a plow every hour today, very impressed… ,” Mitchell wrote. 

Merissa Bookman  of Warwick Neck was also happy with the city’s work clearing roads.

“Plows came through about 2 p.m. Gotta give kudos to the city, cleared the area pretty good, and was very conscious to not plow the residents into the driveways,” Bookman wrote Tuesday.
