RIDOT Announces New Traffic Alerts: Striping Rte. 37, Bridge Work on Rte. 113

DOTWARWICK, RI — The RIDOT has added the following traffic alerts to the usual construction advisories involving the Apponaug Circulator Project ending next year and the ongoing Metro Center Boulevard bridge detour:

Cranston/Warwick: Rte. 37 East and West, from Phoenix Ave. to Post Rd., watch for our crews in a moving operation for striping, Monday and Tuesday nights from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day.

Warwick: Rte. 113 (Main Ave.) East and West at the Main Ave. Bridge between George Arden Ave. and Jefferson Blvd., alternating lane closures for bridge work, MondayThursday nights from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day.

Warwick: Veterans Memorial Dr., from Rte. 1 (Post Rd.) to Rte. 5 (Greenwich Ave.), two lanes closed for construction, Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Warwick: Rte. 117 (Centerville Rd.), from Warwick Executive Park to Rte. 115 (Toll Gate Rd.), lane shifts possible for construction, TuesdayFriday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
