Warwick, RI —State Trooper traffic stops collared a number of people missing court on charges ranging form suspended licenses to prostitution in this week’s arrests in and concerning Warwick, including one man wanted on a domestic assault charge.

Woman skips DUI hearing, nabbed on River Street At 12:56 a.m. Feb. 12, troopers arrested Doris Conklin, 55, of 513 Douglas Ave., Providence, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on River Street in Warwick. Conklin was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Women’s Intake Facility.

 Woman skips prostitution hearing, arrested on Jefferson Boulevard At 3:29 p.m. Feb. 12, troopers arrested a  Providence woman, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on an original charge of Prostitution originating out of the Warwick Police Department, to which she pled no contest in July 2015.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in Warwick. The woma was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and released after posting surety bail.

Expired license hearing scofflaw arrested in NK At 3:31 p.m. Feb. 12, Troopers arrested Amanda A. Lavornia , 28, of 407 Yawgoo Valley Road, Exeter, RI, on 1.)Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving without / expired license, originating out of the Warwick Police Department and 2.) Driving With A Suspended License. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post road in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed and special arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

Man wanted on Domestic Assault charge arrested on Jefferson Boulevard At 11:12 a.m. Feb. 14, troopers arrested Kelvin Maldonado, 23, of 71 Bridgham St., Apt. 12, Providence, RI for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Providence Police Department on the charge of Domestic Simple Assault.

The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and transported to the Providence Police Department.

Suspended license scofflaw arrested on Centerville Road At 1:25 p.m. Feb. 14, troopers arrested Michael Arpin, 32, of 115 Homeland Ave. Warwick, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. Arpin was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later released after speaking with the Justice of Peace.

Suspended license scofflaw arrested on Rte. 95 At 4:11 p.m. Feb. 14, troopers arrested Mark Hie, 57, of 1688 Westminster St., Providence, for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Lincoln Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. He was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of Peace, and released.
