RI Trooper Log: Court Scofflaws and Domestic Assault

Traffic stop leads to warrant arrest On April 14 at 10:46 p.m., troopers arrested Alexander Silvestre, 34, of 1328 Newport Ave., Providence, RI for 1) Family Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear – Non Support on a Reciprocal Body Attachment originating out of Pawtucket Police Department and 2) a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear – Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of the Pawtucket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 2 in Warwick. Silvestre was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and transported to Sixth District Court.

Motorist arrested on warrant At 11:17 a.m. April 15, troopers arrested Stanley Clark, 51, of 6 Lincoln Ave., Cranston, RI, for 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Motion on the original charge of Frequent Narcotic Nuisance from the Warwick Police Department and 2) Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear – Non Support.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in Providence.

Clark was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Superior Court.

911 call from highway results in domestic assault arrest On Wednesday April 15, at 10:30 a.m., troopers arrested Sean T. Powers, 26, of 23 Tabor Drive, Johnston, Rhode Island for Domestic-Simple Assault.

The arrest was the result of an E-911 call to the Wickford Barracks for a domestic disturbance on Route 95 in the City of Warwick and subsequent investigation. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and arraigned at Third District Court.

911 call prompts domestic assault arrest On Wednesday April 15, at 10:30 a.m., troopers arrested Amanda Hodde, 22, of 1800 New London Turnpike, West Warwick, Rhode Island for Domestic-Simple Assault.

The arrest was the result of an E-911 call to the Wickford Barracks in for a domestic disturbance on Route 95 in the City of Warwick and subsequent investigation.

The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace and released.

Traffic stop ends in arrest for court scofflaw At 12 p.m. April 17, troopers arrested Darrell Pilon,42, of 30 Wadsworth St., Warwick, RI for 1.) Third District Court bench warrant for failure to appear on ability to pay on the original charge of driving with suspended license originating out of Warwick Police Department and 2.) Family Court reciprocal body attachment for failure to appear on ability to pay.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street in the City of Providence. Pilon was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and turned over to Third District Court.
